Hey there! I’m Sean, the guy behind SilverTech Help.

As an IT technician for the Town of West Springfield, this venture actually started as an idea. Three years ago, I began offering tech help service twice a month at our Senior Center to help folks with their technology needs. I didn't realize at the time how impactful that free service would be, but it has easily become the most fulfilling part of my work.

About Me

I’m a husband, pet dad, eldest brother of four siblings and son. I am also a huge nerd who loves being out in nature, good food and staying active. For much of my life I’ve been told I’d make a great therapist, teacher and coach, but my path led me into the world of tech. Fortunately, I have found a passion and a means to marry both my love of teaching and coaching with technology.

Vision

With each visit I make, my goal is to leave you feeling more confident and comfortable with using your technology. Kindness, patience, and empathy are the cornerstones on how we get there. I understand that for many of my clients what seems so easy to me is not for them. I make sure to talk to you and explain things in ways you understand, not by throwing out a bunch of techno-babble. We move at your pace.

• More than 20 years in the industry

  • 9 years and counting as a I.T. technician for the Town of West Springfield

  • 12 years in the mobile industry

• CompTIA A+, Network+

• JAMF Certified Associate

From pairing cell phones in cars, setting up smart TVs, cleaning up your Facebook, to backing up data, recovering email accounts, and wiping out a laptop I can do just about anything you might need help with!
