In Home Visit

$85 an hour (min. 1 hour)

A full hour or more of tackling whatever you need.

Our packages are specific and comprehensive, but if you want to pick and choose the various options, or even something that isn’t listed, a general in-home visit might be just the thing. Some examples of this service are…

Mobile Success Package

$125 for the first hour

($25 for each hour after)

Our Mobile Success Package is designed to leave you feeling completely capable and in control of your device. We start by optimizing your phone or tablet to your specific comfort level, which includes clearing out bloatware, organizing your home screen, and adjusting settings, like text size and screen timeout, so the device works perfectly for you.

We will guide you step-by-step through everyday basics like sending text messages, using voice-to-text, and safely using your apps without worrying about accidental ads. We will also make sure your photos and information are backed up, giving you total peace of mind.

Connected Family Package

Our Connected Family Package is all about helping you stay close to the people who matter most. We will practice face-to-face video calls on apps like FaceTime or Zoom at your own pace, ensuring you feel completely comfortable answering calls and using your camera and microphone.

We will also adjust your Facebook or Instagram privacy settings so only verified friends and family can see your updates, keeping your account safe and private. Finally, you will learn how to easily view, save, and share digital photos, keeping your favorite family memories right at your fingertips.

Cord-Cutters Package

Our Cord-Cutters Package handles the technical setup and provides the guidance you need to enjoy a new, simpler way of watching television. We start by sitting down together to look at your options for replacing your current cable provider. Once you are ready, we will connect your new streaming device (like a Roku or Smart TV) and optimize your home Wi-Fi to ensure a strong, steady signal so you won’t have any frustrating pauses or buffering.

Next, we will help you set up and log into your favorite viewing services, such as Netflix, Hulu, and Peacock and walk you through how to easily navigate the new screen, so you feel completely comfortable finding your favorite shows and movies whenever you want to watch.

Because safety is our top priority, we will also have a conversation about new technology risks, like AI-generated voice clones or fake videos. We will share practical, easy-to-remember strategies so you can protect yourself, giving you total confidence as you use these helpful new tools

Digital Shield Package

$150

Finally, we will adjust your phone settings to automatically filter out and silence annoying robocalls and spam numbers. You will come away with practical, stress-free strategies that cut down on daily harassment and keep your private information completely secure.
