Mobile Confidence Package
$125
This package focuses on getting your mobile devices setup just the way you want, leaving you feeling in capable.
Device Optimization: We will clear out bloatware, organize the home screen so the most important icons are easy to find, and set up easy and secure ways to access your device.
Visual & Audio Adjustments: Tailoring the devices to your comfort level by increasing text size, adjusting display contrast, screen timeout times, volumes and showing you how to do it.
The Communication Core: Hands-on practice with opening and sending text messages, using voice-to-text typing, saving new contacts, and attaching and downloading photos from texts.
App Safety Basics: We go over how to safely open, close, and navigate apps without accidentally clicking on ads or hidden subscription buttons.
Storage and the Cloud: We go over what the cloud is, how it works, and ensure your most important things are being safely backed up.
Connected Family Package
$125
Staying connected to friends and family keeps your sense of community strong. This package helps to ensure you feel confident in being able get and stay connected.
Video Call Mastery: We walkthrough face-to-face video apps like FaceTime, Zoom, or WhatsApp until you feel completely confident answering a call and turning the microphone/camera on and off.
Social Media Safety Lockdown: Setting up or cleaning up a Facebook or Instagram account, with a strict focus on adjusting privacy settings so your profile, photos, and updates are visible only to verified friends and family.
Photo & Memory Sharing: We go over how to view shared digital photo albums, save pictures sent to you, and safely share you own memories back.
Cord-Cutters Package
$150-$200
This combines the physical setup with the training required to navigate a completely new television environment.
Changing service: We sit down and look at your options with your current provider and what is needed to help you “cut the cord”.
(The following services will likely need to occur another day if service needs to be changed.)
Streaming Hardware Installation: Unboxing and plugging in a streaming device (like a Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, or Apple TV) or setting up their Smart TV's built-in system.
Network Optimization: Troubleshooting the home internet setup to ensure the Wi-Fi signal is strong and secure at the television console to prevent frustrating video buffering.
Account & Navigation Setup: We create accounts and log into streaming services (like Netflix, YouTube, or live TV alternatives) and make sure they are up and running.

An Everyday Introduction to AI: A sit down lesson on what Artificial Intelligence actually is using simple terms, and showing you how to use tools like ChatGPT and Gemini as a friendly digital helper for writing letters, create recipe ideas from your pantry, and more.
AI Awareness: We talk about the emergence of AI-generated voice clones and deepfake videos, as well as giving you practical strategies to combat some scenarios where bad actors use AI to fool the unsuspecting.
Digital Shield Package
$150
This is your dedicated safety training course. It directly addresses the reality that seniors are primary targets for online threats by giving you the awareness and tools you need to protect yourself.
Email & Text Defense: We go over how to spot the red flags of phishing attempts, fake shipping alerts, or fraudulent bank texts.
The "Pause and Check" Method: We go over a rule-of-thumb checklist on what to do when an unexpected pop-up appears on their screen claiming a virus has been found, or how verify if a questionable email is legitimate.
